Master Level Student Intern, completing my practical training as part of my Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University. I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO).

About Me

As a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and Master Level Student Intern, I offer a compassionate setting for clients. My practical training, part of my Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology at Yorkville University, grounds my work. I utilise current therapeutic understanding to help individuals navigate life's complexities. I provide tools for clarity and emotional balance. Clients benefit from a collaborative approach, fostering personal growth as they move forward.

Approach

Sessions move from gentle exploration to practical, skill-based work that helps you test new ways of coping. In Toronto and online, we meet at a pace you set, combining mindful attention with short between-session exercises to build clarity and emotional balance. Together we name unhelpful patterns, try small experiments, and use acceptance and values to guide choices toward what matters. This approach tends to suit adults facing transitions, anxiety, relationship strain or burnout who want concrete skills and steady support.
