About Me
Approach
I deally any form of therapy is a very personal experience, hence why it is important to ensure that both the client and the counsellor are a good fit for each other.
There are various reason’s why people are drawn to see a counsellor, where that be to be guided and supported through the challenges of recovery from addiction, finding remedies to help through anxiety & depression, better coping skills or effective communication, where self-esteem, identity, self-worth have been affected, or just needing to talk to someone without being judged and feeling heard.
