Sessions are online (in or out of Kenya). Through psychotherapy sessions, clinical interviewing and assessments, treatment plans are planned. You are not alone; there is mental health support available, and even a few sessions can make all the difference in bringing some clarity to the mind.

About Me

I am a licensed and registered Clinical Psychologist based in Nairobi, Kenya. I work with adults navigating life transitions and emotional challenges, including anger, stress, interpersonal and marital concerns and the complexities of grief. My approach is grounded in providing compassionate, client-centered care. I draw from a range of evidence-based therapeutic modalities to offer tailored psychosocial support that meets each individual’s unique needs. At the core of my work is creating a safe, supportive and non-judgmental space where you can explore your experiences, gain insight, and move toward meaningful change.

Approach

I integrate evidence-based approaches such as EMDR, somatic practices, psychodynamic therapy and cognitive-behavioural techniques, tailoring each session to your unique needs and pace. My aim is to support you in regulating your emotions, reconnecting with your inner resources and developing a deeper understanding of your patterns, so you can respond with greater clarity and intention. Therapy with me is both reflective and practical. It is a collaborative process designed to help you process difficult experiences, expand your window of tolerance, and strengthen your capacity for emotional regulation. Together, we work toward helping you feel more grounded, empowered, and aligned with your authentic self.

Basic Information

Services

I offer one-on-one virtual psychotherapy, psychological assessments and emotional support in a confidential and compassionate space. Our work begins with a thorough assessment to understand your experiences, patterns and current challenges. From there, therapy becomes a collaborative process focused on building insight, strengthening emotional regulation and supporting you in managing stress, trauma responses and mental health concerns in daily life. Where appropriate, I integrate stabilisation techniques, somatic and polyvagal-informed approaches, and EMDR to help you process and work through more complex or distressing experiences at a pace that feels safe and manageable.
