Approach

I guide attention toward sensations, movement and breath to help surface patterns that keep stress, pain or stuck emotions active, working in a curious, non-judging way alongside you. Sessions—available in Delhi or online, in English or Hindi/Urdu—are paced to match your comfort and needs. We notice how feelings show up in the body, combine brief embodied practices with reflective conversation, and try small experiments between meetings to build new responses. This approach often helps adults facing burnout, trauma, body-image concerns or major transitions.
