I help mothers find freedom from stress, burnout and overwhelm. Supporting with parenting challenges, and helping you navigate the ups and downs of motherhood. Helping you on the journey to parenting with more ease and calm, and finding your way back to your fullest self for more confidence, energy and inspiration.

About Me

I help mothers navigate the unique pressures of family life, finding freedom from stress and overwhelm. If you're feeling burnt out or struggling with parenting challenges, I offer a collaborative space. Here, we can explore ways to reconnect with your fullest self. My goal is to guide you towards greater ease and calm, helping you rediscover confidence, energy, and inspiration to flourish in motherhood.

Approach

When the everyday demands of parenting feel overwhelming, I help you spot the small habits and thinking patterns that sap your energy and then practice gentler ways to respond. Sessions from my London base or online are steady and practical—we move at a manageable pace, using focused tasks, checking in between meetings, and tailoring steps to attention, mood and trauma histories. You’ll find clarity through structured reflection, behavioural experiments and compassionate accountability. This way of working suits parents wanting realistic, sustainable change without pressure.
