Our approach is a client-centred approach which focuses on the needs of the clients and each therapy session will be tailored to our client's needs. Our therapists will empower and equip clients with skills (not limited to) such as mindfulness, compassion, and reframing thinking to help you learn to manage your thoughts and emotions better.
