Dr DaHyun Chun

Clinical Psychologist

US & Korea licensed psychologist working with adults, couples, and families. Bilingual. Passionate about depression and trauma and anxiety.

About Me

I help adults, couples, and families navigate the complexities of depression, trauma, and anxiety. As a bilingual psychologist, I offer a space to explore deeply held feelings in English or Korean. My aim is to create a clear path towards greater stability and well-being. Clients find my approach supportive and practical. We work to build resilience and strengthen connections within yourselves and your relationships.

Approach

When we meet, the work focuses on breaking overwhelming feelings into concrete, doable steps that build steady progress. Sessions—in Seoul or online—blend gentle mood tracking with focused trauma and mood work, and we set small between-session practices to reinforce new skills in English or Korean. I keep the pace measured—direct when decisions are needed, reflective when past hurts surface—so couples and individuals can try new ways of relating to themselves and others. Those seeking practical tools alongside deeper emotional safety often find this approach fits.
