About Me
I am a clinical psychologist consulting for ClearMinds Centre for Emotional Health in Dubai, UAE. I work with adults and couples who experience a persistent sense of inner conflict, fragmentation, or uncertainty about who they are in relation to others.
My approach is non-directive, respectful, and precise. Therapy is not about advice or reassurance, but about creating the conditions in which something new can be said - and gradually, something new can be lived.
Approach
Working from my South African training and daily practice at ClearMinds in JLT, I set a steady, practical rhythm that helps us focus on what matters most for you. Sessions are conversational but structured — we track thoughts, behaviours and relationships, bring in family or partners when helpful, and I offer reflective feedback between appointments when that supports progress; I also work in Afrikaans and English and offer online options across Dubai. People facing complex symptoms or relational strains often find this paced, collaborative way of working useful.
