Yorkville, Toronto.  East York, Toronto.  North York, Toronto.

Services

Therapedia Centre is a group practice consisting of mental health providers, who are trained in helping children, teens, adults and families in their personal, relational and professional journey.

Who can we help?

Children, teenagers, and adults seeking support with mental health challenges (anxiety, low mood, trauma, ADHD), life transitions (school changes, immigration, grief, work or relationship shifts), and personal growth (confidence, boundaries, communication, stress management).

How can psychotherapists help?

Evidence-based psychotherapy tailored to age and goals—talk therapy, creative/expressive approaches, and practical skills (emotion regulation, problem-solving, sleep and routine building, parenting strategies, conflict navigation, and relapse-prevention plans).

Our culturally sensitive approach to therapy is helpful for minority groups such as immigrants, refugees and Indigenous clients:

We specialize in supporting immigrants and refugees, offering trauma-informed, identity-aware care from a diverse team. Services are available in English, Portuguese, Farsi, Arabic, and Mandarin, with attention to culture, language, and settlement stressors.

For children & teens:

Emotion regulation, anxiety and mood support, school and peer challenges, ADHD-friendly strategies, parent coaching, and collaboration with schools when appropriate.

For adults:

Anxiety and stress, trauma recovery, life transitions, relationship and workplace concerns, self-esteem, and skills for balance and wellbeing.

Individual therapy (with parent involvement for youth when helpful), family sessions, and select groups. In-person at our Yorkville, East York ( Pape/Danforth) and North York (Sheppard/Yonge) locations and virtual across Ontario.
