About Me

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker practicing in New York City. I provide online psychotherapy and counseling for anxiety, behavior or conduct issues, relationship concerns, and personal development. I use practical strategies and clear goals to reduce symptoms and build coping skills.

Approach

I provide a warm, safe and supportive environment and primarily use Cognitive-behavioral Therapy (CBT) along with Rational-Emotive-Behavior Therapy (REBT), Choice Theory/Reality Therapy, Transactional Analysis (TA) and Logotherapy. I also utilize hypnotherapy, EMDR, NLP, EFT and Biofeedback as therapeutic supplements, as needed.
