Dr Lynne Radomsky

Clinical Psychologist

With 30+ years of clinical practice, I focus on creating a safe space to explore emotional, relationship and life transitions dynamics that manifest consciously and unconsciously.

About Me

Drawing on over 30 years of clinical practice, I provide a deeply supportive space in which to unpack emotional, relationship, and life transition dynamics. Through an integrative approach including dream work, meditation techniques and breathwork, we work together to understand what lies beneath the surface. This helps you navigate changes and find clarity and integration. My approach is ideal for individuals and couples grappling with complex feelings, seeking a deeper understanding of emotional and behavioural triggers and responses.

Approach

My approach is essentially grounded in the exploration of emotional and relational patterns that manifest in everyday reactions as well as in the unconscious. I give importance to dreams, bodily responses and recurring interactions to nurture understanding and integration of both conscious and unconscious experiences. Based on the deep premise that if we can find meaning in life's challenges, we can cope with most sufferings and difficulties.
