Counseling Psychologist

I am a counselling psychologist who likes to work intuitively, holistically and collaboratively with clients to foster personal growth and development. I like to work both with individuals, and have a special interest in working with couples and families in developing healthier and stronger relationships.

About Me

As a Counseling psychologist, I work intuitively, holistically, and collaboratively. I help individuals foster personal growth and development. My special interest is supporting couples and families to build healthier, stronger relationships. We can explore your unique patterns together in a safe space. This approach is ideal if you seek a collaborative partnership for lasting change.

Approach

Sessions feel exploratory yet steady, blending intuitive listening with attention to the whole person and collaborative choices about next steps. I work with adults, couples and families in Cape Town and online, in English, keeping sessions practical and gently reflective so new patterns become clearer between meetings. We use conversation, relational noticing and occasional reflective tasks to shift dynamics around relationships, parenting, transitions or faith concerns, pacing the work to your readiness. This way of working suits people seeking grounded, cooperative change.
