“With IFS as my primary approach, we explore any challenging emotions, behaviours & internal or external conflict that create difficulties for you. This may include support with improved relationships, reduced symptoms in anxiety, depression or compulsive behaviours and increased self compassion. By increasing self awareness, we get to know the aspects of you that currently contribute to your life so you can develop more authentic and healthy relationships internally and externally. This allows you to gain more clarity, ease and well- being as you begin to welcome all parts of yourself. About Me
Approach
Using Internal Family Systems IFS, I facilitate the process of helping people become more aware and welcoming of all parts of themselves which in turn, increases self understanding and acceptance.
I support people struggling with anxiety, compulsive behaviours, overwhelming emotions and challenges regarding self worth, relationship issues or life direction.
Our sessions are a space for people to experience themselves in a different way, that can provide new perspective and hope. To discover how their way of operating in the world is working -and not working - for them.
I see my role as a therapist to accompany others on a journey of discovery to meet themselves more deeply and to find the answers they have inside.
Services
The primary approach I use is IFS (Internal Family Systems), a leading evidence-based model of therapy that enables people to increase internal awareness and welcome all parts of themselves. The closer we come to holding an internal peace, the more this is reflected in our external experiences and relationships.
