Clinical Psychologist

My ideal client is someone seeking depth, clarity, and meaningful change, often struggling with emotional patterns, relationship difficulties, identity questions, anxiety, grief, shame, trauma, or a sense of inner disconnection. I help people understand what has shaped and protected them, restore coherence and self-respect, and move toward greater emotional freedom, responsibility, dignity, and connection.

About Me

I am a clinical psychologist with decades of experience working with individuals who are seeking depth, clarity, healing, and meaningful change. My therapeutic approach is integrative and grounded in what I describe as the Psychology of Shalom, a framework centred on wholeness, dignity, free choice, responsibility, and the restoration of inner and relational harmony. I offer a calm, thoughtful, and respectful therapeutic space in which clients can explore complex emotional patterns, identity questions, relationship difficulties, and long-standing wounds without pressure, shame, or judgment. My work draws on psychodynamic and attachment-based therapy, narrative and systems thinking, personality psychology, and somatic awareness. I pay close attention not only to insight, but also to the way experience is held in the body, nervous system, and patterns of relating. This allows therapy to move beyond intellectual understanding toward deeper regulation, integration, and inner safety. I work collaboratively and at a pace that respects each person’s readiness. Rather than offering quick fixes, I aim to help clients understand the protective patterns that may once have served them but now limit their freedom, self-respect, and capacity for connection. I believe therapy is not simply about fixing what is broken. It is about recovering the parts of the self that have been silenced, defended, or exiled, and helping a person reclaim clarity, agency, dignity, and responsibility. My aim is to support clients in becoming more fully themselves, and in living with greater meaning, emotional maturity, and connection to themselves and others.

Approach

My work is grounded in what I call the Psychology of Harmony, an integrative approach to healing centred on wholeness, dignity, free choice, and the restoration of inner balance. I offer a calm, thoughtful, and respectful therapeutic space where you can slow down, feel understood, and begin to make sense of what has felt confusing, painful, or unresolved. You do not need to perform, have everything clearly formulated, or rush toward answers. Therapy unfolds at a pace that honours your readiness, allowing insight, healing, and change to emerge with depth rather than pressure. Rather than telling you who you are or what you should do, I work alongside you as you rediscover your own clarity, strength, and inner authority. Together, we explore the emotional patterns, relational difficulties, and protective strategies that may have developed over time. These patterns often once served an important purpose, even if they now limit freedom, connection, or self-respect. My approach attends to the whole person: thoughts, feelings, relationships, identity, lived experience, and the body. This means that therapy is not only about understanding yourself intellectually, but about helping change become felt, embodied, and integrated. Therapy is not about fixing what is “broken.” It is about understanding what has been protecting you, restoring coherence and safety within yourself, and supporting you to live with greater compassion, clarity, responsibility, and purpose.
