I’m a specialist psychosexual therapist with over 30 years of experience, trained at the internationally renowned Tavistock Relationships. I support individuals and couples in working through intimacy, trust, communication, and sexual concerns. I work with all relationship configurations, monogamy, polyamory, and open partnerships. All sessions are held online and are available worldwide via Zoom, Google Meet, WhatsApp, FaceTime, or phone.

About Me

Are you and your partner feeling disconnected? Struggling with intimacy, trust, or communication? Perhaps you're facing infidelity, considering separation, or simply feel like you've lost the spark that brought you together. You don't have to figure this out alone. I specialise in psychosexual therapy for individuals and couples, including desire differences, sexual dysfunction, and performance anxiety. I also offer expert support for those affected by childhood abuse, domestic abuse, sexual violence, and trauma. I have specialist experience with neurodivergence, including Autism and ADHD, and how these affect relationships. My approach is integrative, drawing on psychodynamic, attachment-based, and trauma-focused methods alongside EMDR and NLP. Sessions are warm, honest, and practical, you'll leave with real understanding, not just theory. I offer 15-minute introductory call ( £12 deposit credited toward your first full session). 50 minutes online session £150. Please enquire about our reduced-fee structure.

Approach

I tailor my approach to each client, there's no one-size-fits-all in therapy. I draw on psychodynamic, attachment-based, and trauma-focused methods, alongside EMDR and NLP, depending on what you need. Whether we're exploring long-standing relationship patterns or working through a specific crisis, I adapt as we go. Sessions blend reflective exploration with practical tools you can use between appointments. I work in English and Italian, creating a safe, confidential space where you can be completely honest about your relationship, your desires, and your fears, without judgement. My style is warm, direct, and grounded. You'll gain genuine insight into your patterns and leave each session with something real to work with.
