With over 19 years of clinical experience in Detroit, London, and New York, I have worked with adolescents, adults, families and groups, in both hospital and private settings. My practice focuses on the process of self-discovery, which leads to self-acceptance and insight into what can be changed in your life. On this journey, I will guide you in finding a sense of inner peace and feeling good about yourself. I have helped many individuals regain their confidence by addressing unhealthy patterns that have held them back, enabling them to lead more balanced and fulfilling lives.
