About Me
I offer psychotherapy to adults seeking to understand themselves more deeply. It may be that you are suffering and want relief, or that you are seeking to know the person you will spend the rest of your life with - yourself - better! My approach helps individuals gain clarity and develop insight: necessary if lasting relief and/or transformation is sought. Insight-oriented (psychodynamic or psychoanalytic) psychotherapy is ideal if you are ready to delve into, or are curious about your inner world. Through our work together, we can explore long-standing patterns and find new ways forward. It would be a privilege to guide you and work alongside you on that journey.
Where necessary, I am open to offering online sessions.

My work moves slowly and deliberately, tracing how past patterns show up in everyday feelings and relationships and turning those discoveries into practical steps. In Cape Town or online in English, sessions are steady and paced to your comfort, with space for reflection between meetings when useful. I listen for recurring themes, gently name what’s beneath the surface, and collaborate on experiments that test new ways of relating to stress, grief or transitions. This style suits adults ready to explore depth with clear, practical focus.
