About Me

As a clinical psychologist with over 30 years of experience, I offer a grounded space for exploring life's complexities. I help individuals navigate difficult emotions and persistent challenges. My extensive background provides a steady, insightful approach. We can collaboratively make sense of your experiences, developing practical ways to foster lasting wellbeing. Our sessions are always tailored to meet your unique needs.

Approach

After thirty years in clinical work, I pace therapy to match your rhythm, balancing thoughtful exploration with practical steps. I work with English-speaking clients in Cape Town and online, creating a calm, predictable frame where difficult feelings can be named and tested. Sessions blend reflective listening, psychodynamic exploration and short, real-world experiments between meetings so change feels doable and relevant to daily life. People seeking steady, collaborative work that leads to clearer choices and manageable change often find this approach helpful.
