About Me

As an experienced therapist, I guide individuals to cultivate inner peace and resilience using mindfulness and compassion. My structured Self-Compassion courses help clients build a solid foundation of acceptance and emotional well-being.

Approach

I have been practising psychotherapy over 30 years. My integarative psychotherapy approach includes my training in Jungian psychology and Transactional Analysis, trauma work as well as Mindfulness and Compassion-based skills.
