Ms Charo Villa

Psychotherapist (Registered)

I'm passionate about working with people who are open to expanding and actualizing their current life experience.

About Me

I am a Registered Psychotherapist in Oakville, Ontario. I help you navigate life transitions, manage anxiety and mood concerns, and cope with cross-cultural or LGBTQI+ challenges through counseling and individual therapy.

Approach

That curiosity shapes how we work together: slow, curious exploration balanced with practical steps toward change. In Oakville or online, in English or Spanish, sessions feel conversational yet focused — we notice patterns, name cultural or identity pressures, and use mindful exercises and short experiments to shift unhelpful habits. Between meetings I often suggest brief practices that anchor new ways of relating to stress and transition. People navigating cross-cultural shifts, queer identities, anxiety, or life changes tend to find this steady, exploratory pace helpful.
