I offer a warm, collaborative space for adults, couples, and new mums to navigate life's complexities. When challenges feel overwhelming, I help you explore feelings, strengthen connections, and find clarity. For new mums, we can address the unique emotional shifts of parenthood. Together, we can make sense of difficulties and discover practical ways forward, ensuring you feel truly heard and understood in our sessions.
Approach
My sessions in Randburg are practical and paced to your needs, offering steady attention and room to pause so you can better understand what’s happening. In session we map feelings, patterns and relationship moments, try short experiments and agree on small, realistic steps to practise between meetings. With new mothers I prioritise gentle emotional regulation, adapting to shifting roles and rebuilding confidence while inviting partners in when helpful. This way of working suits people who want clear, collaborative therapy that blends feeling with action.
