I have practices in Stellenbosch and Cape Town (Gardens) and work from a psychodynamic perspective. The aim of therapy is to explore the root cause of symptoms and to work through unconscious conflicts within the context of the therapeutic relationship. Healing is facilitated through interpretation and self-insight.
