I work with how your inner life is shaped through your history, relationships, losses, and desires. Your patterns do not appear out of nowhere. They are learned, adaptive, and often protective, even when they begin to limit your freedom. Together, we examine what has been carried forward, what still serves you, and what may be ready to loosen its grip. This work is not about quick fixes or self-improvement. It is about developing the capacity to stay present with complexity, to tolerate emotional truth, and to engage life with greater agency. My special interests are grief, transitions, relationship dynamics, and sexuality.
