Psychotherapist
I offer psychotherapy to adults who are curious about themselves, finding their way through change, or feeling stuck with anxiety, low mood, stress, or relationship difficulties. My background in Gestalt Psychotherapy and body- and movement-based psychotherapy allows me to work in a way that is relational, embodied, and grounded in present-moment experience. I aim to create a warm, compassionate and non-judgemental space where you can feel safe to explore whatever you are experiencing. Our work is confidential, and there is no expectation that you need to have everything figured out before you come to therapy. Together, we pay attention not only to the words we use, but also to what is happening in the body — sensations, emotions, impulses, and patterns that can offer valuable insight into how we experience ourselves and the world around us. Becoming more aware of these experiences can open up new understanding and create space for more flexible, compassionate ways of responding to life’s challenges. This way of working can be particularly meaningful for people looking for a holistic, depth-oriented approach to therapy — one that supports genuine self-understanding and a sense of moving forward in a way that feels authentic and sustainable.
