I am an IACP-accredited Integrative Counsellor & Psychotherapist based in Co. Mayo, Ireland, offering online therapy to individuals, couples, families, and students across the country. My practice integrates CBT, humanistic, and existential approaches within a trauma-informed, neurodiversity-affirming framework, tailoring each session to how the client thinks, communicates, and processes the world, rather than applying a fixed model. My particular areas of focus are ADHD, autism, and AuDHD, alongside systemic family therapy and couple counselling.
