Ms Zineb Ouadghiri

Clinical Psychologist

Psychologist with a background in Schema Therapy, I specialize in guiding individuals towards breaking free from ingrained patterns of thinking, feeling, and behaving. In my practice, I provide a warm, empathetic, and nonjudgmental space for clients. I offer online sessions, supporting you on your well-being journey.

About Me

I offer a warm, empathetic space online to help you understand and shift ingrained patterns. If you repeatedly find yourself stuck in unhelpful ways of thinking or behaving, my approach can guide you. We will gently explore how past experiences influence your present. This process supports your journey towards greater well-being and freedom.

Approach

We begin by naming the recurring reactions you live with and then turn them into manageable experiments you can try between sessions. In this online practice based in Budapest I offer sessions in English and French, paced to fit your life and the rhythms that feel safe for you. Therapy often mixes careful reflection with short, experiential exercises drawn from schema work so you learn to notice triggers, challenge self‑scripts, and practice new ways of responding. This way of working tends to suit adults facing burnout, mood shifts, identity questions or patterns rooted in past hurt.
