Clinical Psychologist

verified by TherapyRoute

I am a Clinical Psychologist with a master’s degree in Clinical Psychology, working from a psychodynamic/psychoanalytic perspective. In our work, we explore not only current symptoms, but also the emotional experiences, past relationships, and inner patterns that shape how you feel, think, and relate to others today — within a safe and supportive therapeutic space. I also offer a 15-minute introductory call to help you decide whether working together feels right for you.

About Me

I hold a degree in Psychology from Istanbul Bilgi University and later completed my MSc in Clinical Psychology at Istanbul Okan University. My professional path combines clinical practice, ongoing professional trainings and certifications that deepen my clinical perspective and skills, research involvement, and social responsibility work. Alongside my psychotherapy practice, I have participated in academic research, community mental health projects, and organizations supporting women and vulnerable groups. My approach is rooted in a psychodynamic/psychoanalytic framework, which means we look not just at symptoms but at meaning, emotion, and connection

Approach

My approach to therapy is psychodynamic. This means we pay attention not only to current challenges, but also to the deeper emotional experiences, past relationships, and inner patterns that shape how you feel, think, and relate to others today. Together, we try to understand what these experiences are expressing, and how they connect to your history, your needs, and the ways you have learned to cope.
