About Me

I am a Registered Counsellor based in Gardens, Western Cape, South Africa. I offer counselling for life transitions, anxiety and overwhelm, LGBTQI+ concerns, relationship challenges, and personal development.

Approach

My practice is anchored in reflective enquiry: exploring how past experiences shape current patterns of thinking, feeling, and relating. This process fosters self-awareness, emotional regulation, and relational insight. I offer a therapeutic space grounded in trust, reflection, and mutual respect—where honesty and collaboration support meaningful change. Sessions integrate psychoeducation, practical skill-building, and reflective dialogue, whether addressing anxiety, relationship difficulties, parenting challenges, identity concerns, or life transitions. The goal is to move beyond symptom management toward sustainable emotional resilience.
