Jungian Analyst

If you feel overwhelmed by emotions that seem too intense, too confusing, or impossible to share or you’ve been carrying old wounds — from your history, your relationships, your sense of self — that keep resurfacing in ways you don’t fully understand. Perhaps you’ve tried to manage, to cope, to get on with things, and yet something inside keeps pulling you back . If any of this resonates, you are in the right place.

About Me

I am a Russian speaking Jungian analyst in France. I work with unconscious themes to help and clarify meaning and make lasting changes.

Approach

I meet people in French or Russian, offering both in-person appointments and online sessions to suit your rhythm. In the room we move at a measured pace, attending to associations and recurring motifs, using reflective conversation and creative noticing to reveal unconscious patterns and practical ways to shift them. This way of working tends to suit adults seeking thoughtful, lasting change. My approach is psychoanalytic and depth-oriented. This means I am less interested in quick fixes than in the kind of real, lasting change that comes from truly understanding yourself — your inner world, your patterns, your history, and what drives you beneath the surface.

Basic Information

Services

I work with adults navigating psychological suffering in all its forms — anxiety, depression, relational difficulties, identity questions, loss, trauma, addictive behaviors, and the quiet but persistent feeling that something is not quite right. Sessions are a space where nothing needs to be performed or resolved immediately. You are welcome to bring whatever is present — even when it feels fragmented, contradictory, or hard to put into words. That is often precisely where the most meaningful work begins. I offer individual psychotherapy in Russian and French, and bring an international, transcultural perspective shaped by years of clinical practice across several countries and cultures. If you have ever felt that your experience doesn’t quite fit standard frameworks — whether because of cultural complexity, life between languages, or simply the singularity of who you are — this work is designed to hold that. I believe that every person deserves a space that takes their inner life seriously. Not to fix them, but to accompany them — patiently, rigorously, and with genuine care. If you are ready to begin, or simply curious about whether this approach might be right for you, I warmly invite you to get in touch.
