Yonatan Strano

Clinical Psychologist

Finding someone you feel comfortable speaking with is the key to a successful therapy. I’m a native English speaking Licensed Clinical Psychologist in Tel Aviv, who specializes in the unique challenges Olim, Expats, Lone Soldiers, and IDF reservists experience. I integrate Psychodynamic and Cognitive Behavioral therapy (CBT) to tailor treatment to each individual's unique needs.

About Me

Hello and welcome, my name is Yonatan and I'm a native English speaking Clinical Psychologist in Tel Aviv. I specialize in supporting the Olim and Expat community through the complex process of integrating into Israeli society. I'm particularly passionate about helping individuals navigate the personal, social, career and identity shifts that come with immigration. I also find deep meaning in working with Lone Soldiers and IDF reservists, helping them manage the unique stressors of balancing military service with their personal lives.

Approach

My therapeutic approach is integrative. I draw on psychodynamic therapy to deepen self-awareness, as well as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to provide practical tools for managing anxiety, depression, and other personal challenges. Whether addressing trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD or relationship difficulties, our work will be a collaboration designed to help you find clarity and create positive change. Contact me to schedule a free phone consultation, to discuss your current challenges and to see whether I'd be a good fit for you as a therapist. Email: yonatanstrano@gmail.com Mobile: +972548089812
