CBT Psychotherapist

A licensed clinical psychologist specializing in enhancing the well-being of children and families through integrative therapeutic approaches, including psycho-dynamic and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

About Me

I work with children and families to enhance their well-being. As a licenced clinical psychologist, I draw on integrative approaches like CBT and psychodynamic therapy. We explore feelings and thoughts, finding practical ways together to navigate difficulties. My aim is to create a supportive space where young people and parents can develop lasting resilience. This tailored blend helps families build stronger connections and move forward.

Approach

With children and caregivers I blend gentle exploration of feelings with practical, step-by-step experiments to change patterns that cause distress. Sessions in Beirut or online, in Arabic or English, are paced to each family: some meetings focus on understanding hidden dynamics, others on trying concrete coping skills and short between-session tasks. I keep the work collaborative and measurable so progress feels tangible. Families and adolescents seeking clearer communication, steadier mood or safer relationships often find this approach helpful.
