About Me

As a Clinical Psychologist, I offer a grounded space to explore life's complexities. I guide children through play therapy, helping them voice big feelings. Adolescents and adults can find support in individual or group psychotherapy, developing practical ways to navigate challenges. My aim is to help you build resilience and find clearer paths forward, whether we meet in Sea Point or online.
