About Me
I am an LPCC practicing in San Marcos, California. I help you address abuse, addiction, sex addiction, and anger through advocacy, group therapy, relationship counseling, and psychoeducation.

You did it! You are looking for a Therapist! (Sigh of relief). Isn't it draining just thinking about! How many times have we convinced ourselves 'we'll be fine, I'm just having an 'off day?' Our brains can be jerks some times and they lead us to believe a lot of unhelpful information. I will help you choose the thoughts that serve you and toss out your 'asshole' thoughts. Psychotherapy is a partnership between us. I walk WITH you through the foggy brain, the spinning wheels, and the ebbs and flows of your sadness, fear, avoidance, reluctance, and peaks of anxiety and depression. Should you prefer online/distance Teletherapy, I can accommodate your needs for both COVID-19 related needs, amongst all other Mental Health and Addiction needs. I provide Therapeutic services, Rehabilitation Counseling, Integrative Life and Wellness coaching, Vocational (career) Counseling.
