About Me
Approach
My approach is to explore together the more hidden areas of your psychological life that may keep you stuck. Perhaps your problems could understood as solutions to some underlying difficulties - these solutions may have felt necessary at one point, but have since become problematic in their own right. By working this over in detail, you may find different ways of managing your emotional life.
I start with an initial consultation to work out your current situation, who you are and how things have developed through your life. From this, we then consider treatment options.
I offer psychoanalysis (4-5 sessions a week) for those who want to understand themselves and address their challenges on a deeper level. If, however, a different form of therapy is more suited to you, I can arrange this with a colleague.
Ask a quick question or arrange a time to meet.
