My aim is to create a supportive environment where you can make sense of your experiences and build lasting resilience. This collaborative process is tailored to your unique journey.

Approach

I strive to provide a safe and respectful environment for clients to explore alternative and more comfortable positions to stand in relation to some of the difficulties they face in life. I hold the belief that people are experts of their own lives which is reflected in my collaborative approach where I encourage a therapeutic journey of curiosity and exploration.
