Ms Vivian Hwang Daniel

Licensed Clinical Social Workers

Empowering you to move from feeling stuck or overwhelmed, over thinking, ruminating, people-pleasing, and imposter syndrome towards feeling restored, recognizing your strengths, discovering skills to improve your life, and becoming more resilient to life’s challenges.

About Me

Vivian Daniel helps adults navigate challenges like anxiety, people-pleasing, and the weight of intergenerational trauma. She offers a compassionate, culturally-responsive space where you can gently explore patterns impacting your well-being. If you are LGBTQIA+ or neurodivergent, Vivian creates a welcoming environment, truly affirming your identity. Together, you can find practical ways to build self-care and address family or work issues.

Approach

When imposter syndrome or burnout shows up, I slow the pace so we can gently untangle patterns and make changes that shift daily life. In sessions—in person in Scottdale or online—we balance focused noticing with practical experiments you can try between meetings, using somatic attention, values-focused steps, and brief reflective practices to interrupt old loops. Sessions feel steady and collaborative, paced to your tolerance, and often leave people clearer, less reactive, and more able to act on what matters.
