Ms Vidushi Aggarwal

Counseling Psychologist

As a therapist, I try to work around four components: catharsis, assessment, psycho-education, and tools. I work towards delivering the aforementioned to my clients to the best of my abilities. My goal is to provide these to as many people as I can and contribute substantially to the mental health field.

About Me

I facilitate your mental health journey, carefully integrating catharsis, assessment, psycho-education, and practical tools. My approach helps you gain insights and develop actionable strategies for lasting well-being. I am dedicated to making effective support widely available. This structured method is ideal for those seeking a thorough, empowering path towards better mental health.

Approach

My work unfolds in four coordinated phases: opening space for release, careful assessment, brief psycho-education, then hands-on skill practice tailored to you. In Delhi and online, in English, Hindi/Urdu or Punjabi, sessions move at a steady, collaborative pace—talking, experimenting with tools, and setting small between-session tasks to track what helps. I draw on reflective questioning, behavioural experiments and narrative framing to clarify patterns across anxiety, body image, relationships and mood. People seeking practical, steady progress tend to find this approach helpful.
