I am a Clinical Psychologist and Neuropsychologist with 28 years of experience in advanced psychological assessment and evidence-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. My clinical practice focuses on anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, eating disorders and complex relational dynamics. I work extensively with high-functioning professionals, executives and individuals facing complex personal or professional challenges, providing structured diagnostic clarity, emotional regulation strategies and sustainable psychological stability. My approach integrates rigorous clinical assessment, neuropsychological evaluation and individualized treatment planning to ensure precise and lasting outcomes. As a Forensic Psychologist accredited by the Judiciary Council, I also conduct expert psychological evaluations in civil, family and criminal cases. I am committed to maintaining the highest standards of ethical practice, confidentiality and scientific integrity, combining clinical rigor with empathic understanding.

About Me

Over the past 28 years, I have developed my clinical practice around one central principle: psychological care must be both scientifically grounded and deeply respectful of each individual’s complexity. My professional path integrates clinical psychology, neuropsychology and forensic work. This combination allows me to approach each case with structured clinical reasoning, careful assessment and a broad understanding of emotional, cognitive and relational dynamics. I also hold a Master’s degree in Talent Management, which strengthens my work with high-functioning professionals and clients facing high-responsibility roles. This training supports a precise focus on communication, interpersonal effectiveness, conflict resolution and decision-making clarity—always within a clinically grounded framework. I have worked extensively with individuals navigating anxiety, mood disorders and trauma, as well as couples facing significant relational decisions. Beyond diagnosis and intervention, I value ethical practice, professional discretion and a well-structured therapeutic process. I offer a calm, confidential and professionally grounded space where meaningful psychological work can take place.

Approach

My therapeutic approach combines structured Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with advanced psychological and neuropsychological assessment. Sessions are goal-oriented and methodical, integrating cognitive restructuring, emotional regulation strategies and targeted behavioral interventions. We identify thinking patterns, emotional responses and relational dynamics through careful clinical formulation. Treatment includes focused skill development, measurable progress tracking and structured between-session tasks designed to consolidate change. When relevant, neuropsychological insight informs the pace and structure of interventions, particularly in cases involving attention, memory or executive functioning challenges. Therapy is structured yet adaptable, ensuring that clinical rigor is balanced with individual needs. I work in Spanish, English and intermediate French, offering both in-person sessions in Quito and online therapy internationally. This approach is particularly suited for individuals seeking clarity, psychological stability and evidence-based strategies for lasting change.
