About Me
Approach
As a Gestalt therapist (in training), my aim is to create a safe environment where you can feel supported in your struggles while feeling in control of your own growth and healing.
My approach is holistic. We’ll explore the connection between your body, mind, and sociocultural context. We will often focus on the present moment to better understand how your past experiences impact you now.
With a background in social science, I bring an awareness of how larger social structures shape our individual experiences. This perspective can help us make sense of your struggles not only as personal but also as impacted by the world around you.
My specialization is in gender and sexuality, and as a queer person myself, I offer a compassionate space for exploring identity, relationships, and belonging.
Born in Germany, raised in Poland and having moved abroad, I understand the complexities of navigating cultural landscapes and the feeling of not fully belonging.
