Ms Vasundhara V Nimbalgundi

Counseling Psychologist

Hello, I am Vasundhara (she/they). I can help you cope with relationship issues, work stress, sexuality and gender related, recover from trauma and act as a foothold for you to reach your full potential. I draw from feminist theory, DBT and SFBT. I am trauma informed, anti-case, queer affirmative and kink aware.

About Me

As Vasundhara (she/they), I provide a supportive space for navigating relationship issues, work stress, or trauma recovery. Drawing on approaches like DBT and SFBT, I help you build practical tools for emotional well-being. My practice is queer affirmative, kink aware, and trauma-informed, creating a truly inclusive environment. Here, you can explore your identity and reach your full potential.

Approach

We begin by mapping what matters most to you and setting small, achievable steps that fit your pace and values. Whether we meet in Bengaluru or online, sessions can be in English, Hindi/Urdu or Kannada and aim to feel steady, focused and collaborative. I blend skills practice, brief solution-focused experiments and attention to power and identity—using grounding, boundary work and reflective homework between sessions—to reduce overwhelm, process harm and clarify next moves. This way of working often helps adolescents, adults and couples seeking practical tools and a nonjudgmental space to grow.
