Psychologist

I work with young adults and couples who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure what needs to change — even if they can't yet put it into words. Through reflection and emotional processing, we explore what "different" could look like and build a path toward it together.

About Me

Clients often describe me as warm, approachable, and easy to talk to. My sessions are conversational and largely client-led. I follow your pace and priorities, bringing structure only when it's helpful. I'm a listener first, and I take seriously the need to feel genuinely heard before anything else. That said, I'll gently help you notice patterns that may be keeping you stuck, always with honesty and care. I work best with young adults and couples who are open to understanding themselves more deeply, even when the process feels uncomfortable.

Approach

My approach is integrative, flexible, and tailored to each client. I focus on helping you recognise patterns in your emotions, behaviour, and relationships, because awareness is usually where change begins. Alongside this, I place strong emphasis on practical coping skills, especially emotional regulation and mindfulness, as a foundation for deeper work. I'm also realistic about modern pressures like work demands and screen overload, and we work toward balance within real-world constraints, not an idealised version of life.
