Services
Humanistic Foundation
My approach is rooted in humanistic principles, emphasising empathy, authenticity, and unconditional positive regard. The therapeutic relationship is collaborative, viewing the client as inherently capable of growth and self-actualisation.
Attachment Theory Lens
The sessions are informed by attachment theory, exploring how early relational patterns influence current emotional experiences and interpersonal dynamics. The clients recognise attachment styles and how these impact their relationships, fostering secure connections both within therapy and in daily life.
Body Somatic Observations and Awareness
In my approach I incorporate body-oriented techniques, encouraging clients to notice physical sensations, posture, and breath. This somatic awareness helps clients process emotions stored in the body, release tension, and develop a deeper mind-body connection.
Creative Arts and Jungian Symbolism
Creative arts—such as drawing, painting, clay, or sand tray work—are used as therapeutic tools. Inspired by Jungian theory, my aim is to guide the client to explore personal and archetypal symbols that emerge in their creative expressions. This process can reveal unconscious material, support self-discovery, and facilitate healing through symbolic meaning.
Menopause Coaching
Specialised menopause coaching is available, supporting women through the physical, emotional, and psychological changes of menopause. I provide education, coping strategies, and emotional support, integrating somatic awareness and creative expression to help clients navigate this life stage with resilience and self-compassion.
In summary:
This integrative service offers a holistic approach to wellbeing, blending humanistic therapy, attachment awareness, body-based practices, creative arts, and menopause coaching. Clients are supported in exploring their inner world, healing relational wounds, and embracing life transitions with creativity and confidence.
