She completed her internship at Weskoppies Psychiatric Hospital and is currently registered with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA) and Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC, UK). Kele offers a safe, compassionate, and confidential space for adolescents & adults, couples, and families navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, bereavement, substance use, and life transitions. Her therapeutic approach is collaborative and integrative, drawing on cognitive and psychodynamic modalities to meet the unique needs of each client and to support their wellbeing. In addition to her private practice, Kele also works at a district hospital, providing psychological interventions to both patients and employees.

Approach

Beginning from our first meeting we map what matters most and set clear, manageable steps tailored to your life in Pretoria or via secure online sessions conducted in English, Sesotho, seTswana or isiZulu. Sessions blend focused assessment with practical, evidence-informed techniques—often CBT tools, behavioural experiments and family-focused conversations—paced to your readiness and with room for parents or partners when useful. Between sessions I offer brief check-ins and simple tasks to practice skills and track change. This way of working tends to suit adolescents, adults, couples and families seeking steady, practical support.
