Approach

Rather than only talking through problems, I focus on how we work together to create clear steps and steady practice toward change. In Bangalore,India and outside India, I offer online sessions in English, Bengali and Hindi and I keep sessions paced to your needs—structured when clarity is needed, exploratory when emotions are raw. For children, adults and families I blend assessment-informed feedback with CBT-based tools, collaborative goal-setting and brief between-session exercises tailored to individual needs. Going to back to deep in history to identify the root causes to come up with reasons and solutions for present and future is also part of the processPeople seeking clear steps, compassionate reflection and measurable progress often find this way of working helpful.
