About Me
I’m a British-born counsellor who has called the Netherlands home for over a decade. Having built my life across cultures, I understand both the excitement and the quiet ache of wondering where and how you belong.
After graduating business school, I realised it was meaningless and shifted my career from corporate consulting towards counselling and facilitation. I set-up an association to help young people find purpose, completed a diploma in Counselling and Gabor Maté’s Compassionate Inquiry training.
Since 2019, I’ve been engaged in the climate movement — facilitating Active Hope circles to help people transform eco-anxiety and climate grief into grounded purpose. I also facilitate monthly psychedelic retreats and support clients integrating psychedelic experiences, drawing on training at the MIND Foundation and certification as a Somatic Plant Medicine Integration Practitioner. I've personally experienced over one hundred journeys with a variety of plant medicines.
I’m autistic and surround myself with incredible neurodiverse humans who remind me that maybe we’re not the weird ones. I’ve been actively poly since my mid-twenties, learning both the abundance of love it can offer and the emotional complexity it invites.
These lived experiences shape the way I hold space for others exploring connection, authenticity, and belonging — whether that’s in love, in community, or on a fragile planet in flux.
Approach
Sessions move at a steady, practical pace that balances close listening with small, doable steps toward clarity and relief. I track what matters to you each week, gently testing patterns in conversation, brief exercises in session, and simple experiments between meetings so change feels tangible. The room is collaborative—questions are straightforward, reflections are immediate, and we adjust timing and focus together based on what’s working. People who want concrete shifts without losing nuance usually find this way of working helpful.
