Ms Tina Steinberg

Licensed Clinical Social Workers

Remote holistic & mindfulness therapist. Specialties: Nervous system regulation for anxiety/depression; recovery from narcissistic abuse. Licensed for California and Arizona residents - telehealth only.

About Me

I offer a warm, remote space to explore difficult emotions. As a holistic and mindfulness therapist, I guide you in regulating your nervous system. This is a vital step for easing anxiety and depression, and for gently navigating recovery from narcissistic abuse. My approach helps you build inner resilience and find calm. This is a good match if you seek practical tools and a balanced path towards well-being.

Approach

Working remotely lets me slow the pace and notice how your body and attention respond, so regulation becomes a simple, skillful practice you can use between sessions. In video sessions we settle into short grounding practices, track triggers together, and translate shifts into small, doable experiments you can try during the week—equal parts gentle attention and practical coaching. Sessions feel steady, collaborative, and paced to your tolerance. This way of working often fits adults moving through relationship wounds, mood shifts, or major transitions.
