Tim Pike

Psychotherapist

Face-to-face therapy is available. Sessions are £125 each per 50-minute meeting. The comfortable therapy room is directly off a quiet courtyard and behind 31 Quebec Street in the Hanover area of Brighton. I also work with online video and by phone.

About Me

I help individuals navigate life's challenges, offering a supportive space to explore thoughts and feelings. You can meet me face-to-face in my comfortable Brighton room, nestled off a quiet courtyard. I also work effectively online or by phone. Each 50-minute session offers dedicated time for us to work together. This helps you gain clarity and find a way forward.

Approach

Whether meeting in the Hanover room, by video or on the phone, I like to start by naming what feels most pressing and noticing how it shows up in your body and behaviour. In our 50-minute sessions, I use straightforward questions, reflective listening and small, practical experiments to give space to anger, test unhelpful beliefs about self and unpack pressures men often carry. Between meetings, I may offer brief practices to track changes.
