Dr Tiffany Leung

Chartered Psychologist

I am a UK accredited psychologist with over 13 years of experiences providing quality therapy, coaching and supervision. I am skilled in providing a culturally adaptive approach. Services available in English, Cantonese and Mandarin Chinese languages.

About Me

I offer therapy, coaching, and supervision, informed by over 13 years of experience. My culturally adaptive approach helps you explore challenges in a way that truly resonates. We can work together in English, Cantonese, or Mandarin Chinese. This ensures you feel genuinely heard and understood, especially when your cultural background shapes your journey. My aim is to create a space where all parts of you are welcome.

Approach

Sessions unfold as a collaborative exploration where your cultural background and current life demands shape the pace, focus and priorities. In my Manchester clinic and online, and in Cantonese, Mandarin or English, we move between focused reflection, practical experiments and brief between-session tasks so learning carries into daily life. I use trauma-aware, identity-sensitive questioning and clear goal checkpoints to help you notice patterns, try new responses and build steady momentum. This way of working often suits people balancing cultural expectations with personal change.
