About Me

I help children, adolescents, and adults navigate life’s complexities, drawing on my experience in hospital settings. My primary approach, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), offers a way to gently explore your inner world. Together, we will deepen your understanding of self, helping you reconnect with what truly matters. This collaborative process supports you in creating a more fulfilling life, tailored to your unique path.

Approach

That growth happens through steady, practical work in session—brief experiments, mindful checks and values-guided choices you shape. I meet people from Kuala Terengganu and beyond, in English, Malay‑Indonesian or Mandarin, and online; sessions are paced to what feels manageable for you. We map patterns—anger flare-ups, persistent worry, pain responses or past hurt—and practice small, doable strategies between meetings to change how you respond. This approach often suits those living with anxiety, chronic illness, mood shifts or trauma.
