To deepen connection I focus on practical, respectful shifts in daily patterns that make conversations less painful and more productive. In Stellenbosch I offer sessions in Afrikaans and English and also meet online, creating a steady, confidential space whether you’re local or remote. Sessions move at a steady, pragmatic pace: we map patterns, practice short, real-life communication experiments, and agree small between-session steps to try new ways of relating.
